I purchased this nursing bra at 16 weeks pregnant because my current bras could no longer fit my growing breasts. Now at 20 weeks, I am around 185lbs (165lbs pre-pregnancy), with broad shoulders and back from years of lifting weights. The large is so comfortable - I am on the second tightest snaps, which will give me plenty of room and stretch as I continue to grow. I love the included removable pads. I'm going to buy another one!
